Some of these parts may have developed long ago to protect you, but are now keeping you stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together, we’ll gently get to know these parts, understand how they came to be, and begin to heal what they’ve been carrying. Through IFS, we build a deeper connection with your core self, the calm, compassionate centre within you.
