PYSCHOTHERAPY & COUNSELLING SERVICES

A Landed Therapy Counselling Psychotherapist meeting with a couple who are talking about their marriage issues and wanting help to make things better.

Therapy is a place to understand not only what you’re feeling, but why certain patterns keep repeating. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation and complex relationship patterns, as well as those seeking deeper self-understanding and meaningful change.

I also specialize in helping couples facing recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, infidelity or uncertainty about whether to stay together. Together, we’ll slow down the cycle, uncover what lies beneath it and create more honest, secure ways of relating, to your partner and to yourself.

How It Works

It all begins with you.

You may feel caught in patterns you understand but still can’t seem to change. You may want to make sense of your emotions, relationships or the parts of yourself that are difficult to reach alone. Or you may simply need a thoughtful, nonjudgmental place to begin.

Whatever brings you here, we can begin by understanding it together.
