Counselling Psychology Services
Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and take care of yourself in ways that truly matter.
If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, stuck in old patterns, or weighed down by trauma or past experiences, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Each session is shaped around what matters most to you. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that hold you back, build on your strengths, and create the safety and grounding you need to move forward with confidence.
Who we help
-

Individual therapy gives you a safe, supportive place to talk about your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, infidelity, or a personality disorder, or simply want to grow and understand yourself better, therapy can help you find clarity and healing.
I also provide compassionate support for survivors of sexual abuse, sexual violence, and sex trafficking.
My approach combines proven methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour al Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
For teens (14+) who prefer messaging over live sessions, I offer a secure text-based option to make therapy more comfortable and accessible.

Couples therapy offers a safe, supportive space to rebuild connection, improve communication, and work through relationship challenges.
I work with couples facing issues such as infidelity, disconnection, high conflict, trauma, grief, and separation. Whether you're looking to heal after a rupture or strengthen your bond, therapy can help you move forward with greater understanding and care.
Together, we’ll explore patterns, enhance emotional connection, and build healthier ways of relating.
Who It’s For:
Couples seeking deeper connection
Relationships impacted by betrayal, trauma, or loss
Partners navigating separation, divorce, or major transitions
Anyone wanting to reduce conflict and improve emotional intimacy
