Counselling Psychology Services

Therapy is a chance to take care of yourself in a deep and meaningful way. If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, stuck in old patterns, or weighed down by past experiences, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Every session is shaped around what matters most to you. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns holding you back, strengthen what’s already working, and help you feel safer and more grounded in your life

Therapy is a meaningful step toward healing, clarity, and leading the life you deserve.

Who we help

  • Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore your history, thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Whether you're facing current challenges or seeking personal growth, therapy can help you reflect, heal, and grow.

I support people living with anxiety, depression, grief, infidelity, and personality disorders. I also offer compassionate care to survivors of sexual abuse and sex trafficking.

My holistic approach blends evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

For teens (14+) who prefer messaging over live support, I offer a secure text-based option to help build comfort and trust.

Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and support your healing and growth.

  • Couples therapy offers a safe, supportive space to rebuild connection, improve communication, and work through relationship challenges.

I work with couples facing issues such as infidelity, disconnection, high conflict, trauma, grief, and separation. Whether you're looking to heal after a rupture or strengthen your bond, therapy can help you move forward with greater understanding and care.

Together, we’ll explore patterns, enhance emotional connection, and build healthier ways of relating.

During our work together you can expect…

  • A warm, nonjudgmental space where every part of you is welcome, even the ones that feel messy or confusing

  • Curiosity and compassion as we explore how your patterns and beliefs were shaped by past relationships and attachment experiences

  • Support in understanding and shifting maladaptive behaviours, not just what you do, but why it makes sense

  • Mindfulness, emotional attunement, and somatic awareness to deepen insight and support nervous system regulation

  • Collaboration and respect for your pacing and inner wisdom, your voice matters at every step

  • Careful, compassionate support for couples to navigate conflict, strengthen emotional safety, and create new ways of relating

It all begins with you.

Maybe you’re not making progress in your life. Maybe you want to understand yourself and your behaviours on a deeper, more personal level. Or maybe you just want a safe space to explore your inner world.

Whatever it is, I’m here to help you make a difference in your own mental health journey.
